A choice of a variety of different sport disciplines where youngsters learn the skills, tactics and rules of the respective sport. Disciplines include: Athletics, Badminton, Ballet, Basketball, Dance, Football, Gymnastics, Handball, Hip-Hop, Sailing, Squash, Swimming, Table-Tennis, Judo, Weight lifting, MartialArts, Non-contact Boxing, Traditional Karate and Volleyball
Adult Programme: 17+
A choice of fitness activities for adults in all the different venues, caters for all levels of fitness and ability. Activities include Aqua Fitness, Swimming, Zumba, Non-contact Boxing, Pilates, Tai Chi, Football, Zero To 5k Running Programme, Line & Sequence Dancing, Line Dancing, Yoga and Circuit Training.

SportMalta Venues: Cottonera Sports Complex â Marsa Sports Complex â Kirkop Sports Complex and Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex.
Government Colleges: Sta. Margerita Boys Secondary School, Cospicua â Maria Regina Boys Secondary School, Zokrija, Mosta.
Price: #SummerOnTheMove: payment the whole 8 weeks. Pro-rata fee does not apply. Special family rates are given with particular morning programmes :- âŽ30 discount with the second applicant and âŽ50 discount with the 3rd applicant.
Transport: SportMalta does not offer transport for #OnTheMoveProgrammes.
Adult Programme: The 17+ Programmes are intended for youths age 17 plus up to senior citizens of any age. The main aim of the programme is to stay fit, have fun, socialize and enjoy an hour of physical activity.
Swimming Programmes: All swimming programmes are held in outdoor pools. The National Swimming Pool at Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex supports an international standard facility of a 50mx25mx2m pool while at Kirkop Sports Complex,SportMalta has installed a 25mx10mx1m inflatable pool.
Inclusion Programmes: #OnTheMove supports the participation of all children of any physical or mental abilities. If a child needs one-to-one attention, as SportMalta does not offer one-to-one attention to a child, it encourages parents to take part and assist their child during the activities or else provide a facilitator
