Staff Development and training has always been within the SportMalta policy and commitments. SportMalta on regular basis organizes staff seminars with a variety of topics to enhance staff development on the day to day operations. Regular staff development courses are also organised, including first aid, fire fighting, life guard saving skills, coaching courses, computer courses, management course and teaching skills development.

SportMalta (“SM”) The National Entity for Sport under the responsibility of the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation is seeking to employ Part-time Coaches.

 

SportMalta notifies that it will be recruiting Part-time Coaches to work within SportMalta facilities for the ‘On The Move’ Programme till the 31st of May 2025.

 

 

Requirements–Minimum – Certification In Sport

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities;

 

  • Teach a variety of sport activities and basic skills
  • Plan, develop and evaluate a sport programme and/or follow programme established by SportMalta
  • Be able to deliver sessions to children, youths and adults
  • Be able to perform duties as coordinator if and when requested
  • Any other duties according to the exigencies of SportMalta
  • Applications in the form of a covering letter together with qualifications (both academic and sport related), and a CV, are to be sent to hr.sportmalta@sportmalta.org.mt by not later than 31st March 2024.
