The National Swimming Pool is situated at Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex and offers a full-sized Olympic
50-meter pool as well as a 25-meter pool. The pools are heated during the winter months and are
monitored by the latest equipment to monitor the quality of water to WHO specifications. The
complex is the main venue for competitive aquatic sports in Malta. Besides the National Water polo
leagues, various international water polo tournaments and important international swimming
meetings are regularly held at the complex. The main pool boasts the presence of start-sensors and
touch-time boards, which conform to IOC standards.
Various types of memberships are available starting from a Day Membership to an Annual
Membership. Special Rates for Students and Senior Citizens also apply.
The complex boasts the presence of meeting rooms, a Sports Hall, a fully stocked sport-specific shop,
squash courts and changing rooms with showers. Spectator capacity at the Complex is of 1800 pax.
