St. Monica Birkirkara was excited to take part in the SportMalta School Sports Day as part of the European Week of Sport, a fantastic initiative aimed at promoting physical activity, health, and well-being across Europe. To mark this occasion, we organized a day filled with fun and engaging fitness activities tailored to all our students.
The event featured a range of activities, including circuit training, team challenges, and group workouts. These activities not only encouraged physical fitness but also highlighted the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and leading a healthy, active lifestyle. Each challenge was designed to be inclusive and motivating, ensuring that every student could participate and enjoy the day.

The success of the event was evident in the enthusiasm and energy displayed by our students, who embraced the opportunity to be active and involved. It reinforced the importance of regular physical activity and overall well-being, aligning with the goals of the European Week of Sport.
We are proud of the positive impact this event had on our school community and look forward to continuing to promote an active lifestyle through similar initiatives in the future.
