Last week, SportMaltaâs #BeActive programme once again succeeded in bringing the community together, this time through a fun-filled roller-skating event that welcomed both adults and children.
The activity offered something for everyone, from beginner-friendly coaching sessions and safety demonstrations to group games and open-skate sessions. Whether new to skating or more experienced, participants had the chance to enjoy the sport in a safe and supportive environment.
The event highlighted roller-skating as not only an enjoyable pastime but also an excellent way to improve fitness, coordination, and confidence. By creating an inclusive space for all skill levels, the session reflected the true spirit of the #BeActive campaign, making physical activity accessible, engaging, and fun for the whole community.
Through initiatives like this, SportMalta continues to champion the European Week of Sport, encouraging people of all ages to embrace healthier and more active lifestyles.
