Gozo College Ninu Cremona Secondary School proudly joined the SportMalta Schools Sports Day 2025, held as part of the European Week of Sport and promoted under the #BeActive campaign. The event aimed to encourage students to embrace physical activity, teamwork, and the joy of sport.
On 15th October 2025, the school organised football and handball tournaments for Year 11 students. Eight teams, one from each class, competed in exciting Quarterfinals and Semifinals during the 6th lesson, with the finals taking place during the mid-day break.
In addition, students had the opportunity to participate in an introductory cricket lesson, designed to promote new sports and broaden their sporting experiences.
The day was a great success, combining competition, teamwork, and the chance to discover new activities, all in the spirit of #BeActive.
