


Ħandaq Middle School proudly celebrated this year’s SportMalta Schools Sports Day, held as part of the European Week of Sport and the #BeActive campaign. The event was designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and enjoyment through sport, bringing students together for a day full of movement and fun.
Students participated in a wide range of activities and stations, including agility and coordination exercises, sports-based drills, basketball, ultimate frisbee, relays, and team-building challenges. Each activity encouraged collaboration, communication, and fair play, helping students develop both physical and social skills.
The day was a great success, filled with energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the #BeActive campaign. Through participation, students experienced the joy of sport and the importance of staying active as part of a healthy lifestyle.
