On Saturday, 28th September 2024, Mqabba FC Youth Nursery took part in the European Week of Sports Initiative, hosting an exciting event aimed at promoting physical activity and community spirit. Nearly 60 young players from the U10/11, U12/13, and U17 categories participated in a series of football matches and skill-building exercises.
The event, supported by SportMalta, provided a vibrant atmosphere where athletes showcased their talents, teamwork, and passion for the game. Each participant received a commemorative T-shirt from SportMalta, adding to the sense of unity and pride.
The initiative was a resounding success, with parents, coaches, and supporters cheering on the young players, highlighting the importance of physical fitness and camaraderie. Mqabba FC Youth Nursery remains committed to fostering youth development and looks forward to engaging in similar initiatives that promote sports and community engagement.
