Last Saturday, SportMalta took part in Honey the Kids San Ä wann, an event dedicated to children and their families. During the event, the entity shared ideas on how one can do physical activity with the rest of the family in confined spaces.
During the event SportMalta representatives offered a cookie to those who visited its stand. These guests were urged to do exercises on the spot, to burn off the energy obtained from the cookie.
The exercises suggested, were fun, very simple and could easily be done with all the family in small spaces such as indoors at home. These exercises needed no equipment or just simple apparatus such as a skipping rope.
As one of the participants stated, such exercises offer an opportunity to #BeActive with the whole family at home.
Freebies, with messages to #BeActive were distributed precisely to raise awareness about the importance of being physically active.
