St. Ignatius College Middle School in Ħandaq had an exciting day recently as they hosted the SportMalta Schools Sports Day 2023. This special event was all about having fun while getting active and healthy.
At the Sports Day, students got to try out lots of different activities. They did exercises to improve their agility and coordination, practiced sports drills, and played games like handball, football, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. They also had relay races and did activities that helped them work together as a team.
One of the best things about the day was that everyone worked together and had lots of physical fun. This made the event a big success at St. Ignatius College Middle School. It’s important for kids to stay active and play sports because it keeps them fit and healthy. Plus, it’s a great way to make friends and learn important teamwork skills. So, the SportMalta Schools Sports Day was not just a day of games, but also a day of building strong bodies and friendships.
