On October 11th, Lily of the Valley Mosta Secondary School held a vibrant Sports Festival for Year 10 students at the Mosta Football Ground in spirit of the SportMalta School Sports Day. The entire day was packed with exciting activities designed to engage students in friendly competition, teamwork, and individual achievement. At the start of the day, students received instructions for each game, ensuring they knew the rules and goals for every activity.
Throughout the festival, students rotated from one activity to the next, earning points for their respective teams. The majority of the activities were team-based, encouraging collaboration and sportsmanship, while a few events focused on individual achievements, allowing students to showcase their personal skills.

After the event, students were awarded medals in recognition of their efforts and accomplishments, adding a celebratory touch to the day. This annual event has become a cherished tradition at our school, offering students an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, connect with their peers, and enjoy the benefits of physical activity in an open-air environment.
The Sports Festival at Lily of the Valley Mosta Secondary not only emphasises fitness but also fosters a positive school spirit, teamwork, and a love for sports, making it a highlight of the school year.
